Fish Tacos with a Creamy Avocado Sauce

Hi! Last week, one of my roommates and I made one of THE best meals we have ever made at home. It’s a really fresh, easy meal that is perfect for the summer (or anytime, honestly). This recipe will make 4 big tacos! Sweet Potato Crusted Quiche

This quiche has basically become a staple at our house and we are loving it. One of my roommates made this for our whole house last fall and ever since then I have made it multiple times. It has so many flavors and is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. Buckwheat flour pancakes

Hi. These pancakes are one of favorite breakfasts lately & are super easy to make!   Ingredients: 1/3 cup buckwheat flour 1 egg 1/4 cup milk (I used almond) 1 tsp sugar (I used coconut) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp coconut oil *add any toppings you want, I added nut butter, carob nibs, coconut, and blueberries!   Instructions: Throw it all in a bowl and mix.
