I think of a wholesome life I think of feeling “whole”. All parts uniformly balanced. Mind, body and spirit equally engaged and at peace with one another. A balance attained by making conscious decisions to build a healthy environment and healthy habits and as such it can look different for every person.
I am a mother, a wife, a sister, and a daughter. A human being on a mission to live a holistic life. I graduated from the University of Chapel Hill with two Bachelor’s—one in Arts and the other in Science. I have always found my passions split between the two. While I enjoy much of the liberal arts I am also compelled by the scientific world. Both aspects have motivated me to make informed, practical changes in my life that are fueled by research.
